Weekly Challenge #7 - Summer Suits

Even though it's half way through the summer, I thought I'd make a little challenge for you all. Bathing Suits. Now these are simple, or elaborate. You decide what style fits you best.
Create a doll, in her summer suit.
Feel free to add beach balls, a pool, or even an umbrella for her to sit under.

You're time limit is 30 minutes. When it's up, save an image of your progress, and then continue to finish your doll. Keep track of your time, so you can put the doll in the final image.

How to submit your Weekly Challenge Entry

Enter the main Gallery from the side menu. Each sub-folder will have a '+' sign. Click on it and a pop up menu will appear. From you own gallery, click on the deviation, and click submit.

Please be sure to click on the Weekly Challenge - 30 min Dolls sub folder '+' sign.

..:: Welcome to The DCT ::..

Hi everyone! This is Laura and I have a great idea for you all. The DCT (The Dolling Collaboration Theater) was created in honor of all the wonderful dollers in this community.

There will be several contests through out the year. Each one will be different and unique. You are all welcome to enter and enjoy the fun and long hours we all put into our dolls.

Remember this is for fun and for the enjoyment of dolling. It's not necessarily for competing. Another way for you to expand your friends.

Unfortunately due to copyright restrictions here at DeviantArt, we must restrict The DCT participation to DeviantArt members only.

-- The Prizes --

Weekly Challenge does not have a 1st place winner. The purpose of the weekly Challenge is to get dollers motivated and intrigued.

..:: Contest Prizes ::..

Each one of our contests will have 1st place winner, and that winner is in for some awesome prizes!

• The first is a custom doll from the DCT's owner. (You will be contacted by PM)

• The second is a very special Spotlight Award and will be added into the DCT's gallery "DCT Hall of Fame".

• The third, the winner will be featured in the DCT's Journal for a month for all to see and bask in your glory.

But don't worry! There are other prizes to be given out.....
• 2nd & 3rd Place: Will receive a complimentary award
• Random Awards: Given to those who show a special something something in their work.

As the next theme or a small contest, can we do one inspired by the fashions of Alexander McQueen as a tribute perhaps? Or if anyone wants to take it into their own hands, the idea isn't patented. Go ahead.
